Our rates vary by room selection, specific date and day of the week. Holiday and holiday weekends may be slightly higher. Please call the Lodge as some weekends require a minimum nights stay. All guest room prices are based on double occupancy and are subject to all local and state guest room taxes.

Deposits

To secure a reservation, one night's deposit is required. If by check, the deposit must be received by us within seven days after the reservation has been placed, otherwise it will be cancelled. The deposit will be forfeited if a guest arrives after the scheduled date of arrival or leaves before the scheduled date of departure. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Traveler’s Cheques and Cash. You will be sent a confirmation by email. Please be sure to check your confirmation for accuracy. We do not refund due to inclement weather or vehicle failure issues.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival date are subject to a $20.00 service charge. No refunds are given for cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival date, special events deposit or to guests who leave before the last day of their reservation date. A reservation made one year in advance or from one season to the following season is non-refundable. Group booking policies differ, please inquire. Bookings made through reservation services such as Expedia, Hotels.com, etc. MUST be cancelled directly with that same reservation service online.

Credit Card Charges

For those guests making an advance guaranteed reservation using a credit card, you are making a commitment to us and we are making a commitment to you. All charges in accordance with our reservation deposit policy will be processed at the time your reservation is made. Our cancellation and reservation policies pertain to advance credit card charges as well.

General Information

Check-out time is promptly at 11:00 am, so that we may prepare the room for incoming guests. Check-in time is from 3pm to 10pm. Please call the Lodge to make arrangements if you intend to arrive after 10pm. You are welcome to arrive earlier and use the Lodge's facilities, but we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before 3:00pm. There is a $200.00 per day fee for in-room smoking. Cots and cribs are available upon advanced request. Regretfully, we do not accept pets. We will be happy to provide you with kennel information.
