To secure a reservation, one night's deposit is required. For stays of two weeks or longer, a deposit of one night per each week is required. If by check, the deposit must be received by us within seven days after the reservation has been placed, otherwise it will be cancelled. The deposit will be forfeited if a guest arrives after the scheduled date of arrival or leaves before the scheduled date of departure. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Cash.
Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival are subject to a $25.00 service fee. No refunds are given for cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival or to guests who leave before the last day of their reservation. A reservation deposit made one year or one season in advance, on-line or directly with the Lodge is non-refundable. Internet bookings can only be cancelled with that same online, third party internet booking company.
Credit Card Charges
For those guests making an advance guaranteed reservation using a credit card, you are making a commitment to us and we are making a commitment to you. All charges in accordance with our reservation deposit policy will be processed at the time your reservation is made. Our cancellation and reservation policies pertain to advance credit card charges as well.
The Lodge follows the same guidelines as that of the National ADA, Title II and Title III, "a service animal is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, or other mental disability..." "Emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and III of the ADA." Please contact
us if you need help boarding a pet; we do have contacts for local kennels. Thank you for your help and understanding in adhering to this policy.
Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is promptly at 11:00 am, so that we may prepare the room for incoming guests. You are welcome to arrive earlier and use the Lodge's facilities, but we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before 3:00pm. Sorry we do not allow pets. We are not responsible for the weather or Acts of God. There is a $200.00 per day fee for in-room smoking. Each guest room rented enjoys one complimentary parking space. Additional cars are charged $20.00 per calendar day and added to your guest room charges.
